New Will

If you have a Will, you should review it carefully to ensure it accurately reflects what you want to happen to your estate in the event of your death now that your circumstances have changed and you can make sure what assets you have are going to those people you want them too.

You should also look into who is your present nominated beneficiary of your superannuation interest or life insurance policy.  You may want to make changes to this funds.
