OUR PRINCIPAL

Julie Shedden, the Principal Lawyer, is a Law Society Accredited Specialist and has primarily practised in Family Law since the late 1990's both in city and suburban practices. She was admitted to practice in 1994 and is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council, and the Law Society of New South Wales. Julie has also been appointed as an Independent Children's Lawyer by Legal Aid NSW on the panel and undertakes such work.

Experienced in all facets of family law, including alternative dispute resolution, negotiation, and litigation processes,  and can assist you understand the legal implications and consequences which flow from your changed family circumstances.
